As part of the digital marketing team, you will execute our strategy to acquire new users and optimize the funnel to help them grow their businesses by using WUBS. We're looking for a passionate, experienced, and outcome-driven candidate to create, test, and iterate programs across a variety of different channels. You will be counted on to work cross-functionally across several teams, including regional marketing teams, product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, operations, and more.

Your main objectives will be to:

  • Work with the Global Digital Acquisition Leader and the Regional Marketing teams to launch and run campaigns across the Regions and increase our performance using paid search, SEO, affiliates, content promotion, community engagement, partnerships, and web properties relevant to specific countries.

  • Create experiments to test messaging, localization, signup flows, and other levers to increase conversion rates and achieve key performance metrics - we want to deliver these programs at scale, orchestrating, and iterating.

  • Test and optimize the conversion and lead generation process to enable new users through the steps to get their business up and running on the Western Union Business Solutions ("WUBS").

  • Working with analytics and customer experience to identify new and more efficient user onboarding and email flows.

  • Partner with product marketing, communication, and website team to ensure we are leveraging the most relevant content and information to new users making sure they understand how their businesses can benefit by using WUBS.

  • Closely monitor performance throughout the funnel and help us optimize conversions throughout the various stages - you will be crafting and documenting processes and frameworks.

  • Use your strategic, analytical, agile, digital skills to help us achieve our full-funnel marketing and business goals.

  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Leverage customer insights to better segment, target, and reach potential customers.

  • Create test and learn strategies in collaboration with the wider digital marketing team to continually improve performance.

  • Be the in-house expert for designated channels/platforms and have autonomy and support to deliver upon the agreed strategy to achieve our growth ambitions.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • 5+ years of B2B growth/digital/performance marketing experience, including expertise in-channel optimization, in-house media management, and orchestration.

  • Proven track record of developing sound user acquisition strategies and running innovative a/b testing to exceed target goals.

  • Experience leading cross-functional and regional projects.

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Eloqua, and GA.

  • A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident using content management systems.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

  • Great organization and project management skills and the capacity to handle multiple sophisticated projects at once.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages would be an advantage.

Annual base salary gross: 20.786,00 – 38.514,00EUR Annual

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include short term incentives, health insurance (several options to choose from), accident and life insurance, access to the best in class learning and development platforms, flexible work arrangement, to name just a few!
