In Monitoring & Screening Tribe, we are accountable for enabling real-time screening and retrospective monitoring of transactions and trade flows. We support the entire Group and play a central role in Danske Banks’ financial crime prevention within Anti Money Laundering, Counterterrorist financing, Sanctions risk mitigation, and Fraud prevention. We are approx. 150 engaged colleagues located in 3 different countries

We are looking for a team member for our Transaction screening squad to deliver innovative transaction screening solutions and embark on our common journey in a major agile transformation.

Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Business analyst, AML, or Transaction screening specialist
- Know your way around process design management, including documentation, measurements, and efficiency gains
- Possess solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and present different information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Great stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to question and improve when needed
- Great English and communication skills
- Collaboration with “can do” attitude
- Agile Mindset – being open-minded and adapting to emerging requirements or changing squad needs
- Self-starter, able to quickly absorb new information and deal with ambiguity
- A solid sense of ownership and delivery-quality oriented mindset
Advantages:
- Understanding of Sanctions or Transaction Screening or other malicious activity prevention within the bank sector
- Experience/interest in SQL and testing
- Experience working in Agile environment and tools (Jira, Confluence)

In the Transaction screening squad we ensure a group-wide effective and compliant transaction sanctions screening.

- Initiate and perform analysis providing insights and enabling data-driven decisions, including problem-solving and task prioritization

- Connecting the dots, seeing the bigger picture of the system landscape, and optimization
- Keeping just the right amount of documentation on Software Products and Business processes
