We welcome you on our mission – to enable efficient management of Danske Bank’s financial position by providing high-quality data via modern technology solutions. Danske Bank has embarked on an agile change journey of scale, and this position is located in Business Analysts Chapter within Finance Tribe. You will be a part of a squad that builds a new accounting system and improves Group Finance data foundation.

Business Analysts chapter consists of solid finance and data professionals to contribute to your development opportunities. This is a global position with interaction with stakeholders in Lithuania, Denmark, and other Nordic countries. The workplace will be located in the Vilnius office together with a team of 8 colleagues and a local manager.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Finance or Business Intelligence Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (ideally – SQL or SAS). Advanced knowledge of MsExcel.
  • Engineering mindset to understand the overall systems architecture of the Bank and ability to create local systems solutions together with businesspeople and developers
  • Good understanding of financial data systems, monthly closing process, data validation, and process improvements.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude.
  • Great English skills (spoken and written).
