Aim of the position: implementing a strategic pillar of Ignitis Group 2030 strategy – building a continuous learning culture in Ignitis Group of companies.

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Build, lead and develop a team of People Growth (Learning and Development) professionals in Ignitis Group in Agile way using Scrum;
• Lead and enhance the People Growth Strategy including L&D, Onboarding, Performance and Talent Management;
• Understand the changing needs of the business and drive the People Growth agenda accordingly;
• With the support of BI function build a clear L&D planning and reporting process;
• Create a state of the art learning, onboarding and performing experience.

We expect that You:

• Are a Learning & Development expert;
• Have 3+ years of experience with L&D and/or strategic consulting;
• Have a proven track-record with building training programs;
• Have experience leading a successful team;
• Are well versed in up-to-date Learning/Onboarding/ Performance Management solutions including (but not limited to) MOOCs, e-learning, learning management, learning experience platforms;
• Are able to conceptualize and build long term solutions;
• Have the ability to explain complex subjects in an understandable way;
• Are self-driven, result-oriented and curious.
