UX PRODUCT DESIGNER

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced designer with a top-notch portfolio, who’s passionate about user experience design. They should understand the product design process from beginning to end, including user stories, journey mapping, wire framing, prototyping, user testing, and design specifications.

Your Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the products and features assigned to you
• Designing products through the entire lifecycle, from initial brainstorming to developer handoffs
• Advocating for our users by understanding their complex problems and then creating meaningful and efficient experiences
• Working closely with developers to understand technical constraints and ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
• Analyzing the successes of your solutions and using that feedback to improve upon them
• Collaborating with Product Management to increase the competitiveness of the product and develop the strategy for features, balance user, and business needs

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Professional Experience
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and knowledge of prototyping
• Hands-on experience in user research. Ability to analyze and evaluate data
• Experience working with design systems, maybe even building one
• Complete proficiency in oral and written English communication
• Comfortable with agile practices and principles
• An understanding of the iOS Human Interface Guidelines
• An understanding of the iterative design process. A portfolio demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and design processes

Strong Plus But Not Required:

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Previous experience in Restaurant or Retail settings
• Experience working with B2B products
