We'll be looking for you to assist the team of Advertising Account Managers in a regional creative hub. Your focus will be on managing creative campaign delivery and actively participating in the production process from brief to media plan fulfillment. You will work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in every single creative coming from Western Union or our partners, as well as supporting global brand campaigns. In addition to overseeing creative production, you will manage stakeholder expectations from the brand and client sides. You will coordinate activities with outside vendors and contractors as required, making sure the delivery is meeting quality requirements for creative assets.

For such a role, you must have relevant experience in marketing, advertising agency, or in-house advertising management role. You'll need to have experience in nurturing and delivering a variety of marketing campaigns with exposure to the full marketing mix. The ability to write briefs and debrief the creative team, be comfortable in presenting to stakeholders is also needed. You will need excellent relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Having strong English language skills a must, as all communication is in the English language.

Annual base salary gross: 25,057 – 48,885 Euro

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
