The HRIS Reporting Analyst is a key member of the global HRIS team whose primary focus is the configuration and support of Workday, our Human Capital Management System, that services over 11,000 employees globally. We'll be looking to you to be part of the team taking a global ownership of the creation, delivery, and maintenance of HR reporting. As well as responding to internal and external auditors on matters relating to HR reporting. In addition, your role will include analysis of workforce data to generate meaningful business insights and assisting in wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

For such a pivotal role, you'll ideally have experience with HRIS (preferably, Workday) as well as data analytics principles. You'll bring to the table a strong understanding of reporting, data analytics, and information systems. You'll thrive in an environment where you get to utilize your critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills.

Annual base salary gross: 20,786 – 38,514 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
