Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

In this exciting and fast-paced role, you'll provide valuable support to our Site Leader and to the global team. Amid a wide range of responsibilities, you'll be part highly involved in high-level questions management, ideas generation, as well as manage schedules, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate events and handle correspondence and inquiries.

For such an integral role, we will expect you to have a clear sense or experience of working with senior executives. You'll be highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information. An open-minded person with the ability to bring fresh ideas into perspective, listen carefully and learn quickly. Prioritization and planning are key to being successful in this role, as well as excellent communication and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. You will need the ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be incredibly efficient with your time.

Annual base salary gross: 15,509.00 – 27,385.00 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
