This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the WU WAY team, where you'll focus on bringing value to the WU customer by utilizing the tools and practices of the Lean & Agile methodologies.

In this critical role, you'll help us to evolve by identifying, structuring and building capabilities in managing cross-functional improvement initiatives across value streams. You'll help us create an environment that promotes continuous improvement, reducing customer pain points, increasing quality, and organizational agility. You will have to lead problem-solving activities, Kaizen events - define gaps, along with business teams determine root causes, create, and test solutions, monitor implementation progress with measurable financial impact. You'll also use your impeccable communication, influencing and management skills in creating awareness, supporting and mentoring business leaders, training and coaching business partners on Lean & Agile methodologies.

For such a detail-driven role, you'll have a University (or an equivalent) bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Administration. You'll have 4 years plus experience working in a management team, where you have used influencing and coaching skills. You will have proven experience in effectively applying lean-agile methodologies.  You'll need to have business knowledge that you have gained from working within the financial services industry, proficiency in English as well as strong communication skills with leaders to build a solid business partnership. We require you to have outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills and be a confident strong decision-maker by nature.

Annual base salary gross: 32,744.00 – 62,672.00 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
