The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the global HRIS team whose primary focus is the configuration and support of Workday, our Human Capital Management System, that services over 11,000 employees globally. We'll be looking to you to participate in the development, implementation, and enhancement of the Workday system while upholding strict data integrity and regulatory guidelines. You'll have a collaborative role working closely with internal stakeholders, think creatively about solutions, and balance business needs with system capabilities.

For such a pivotal role, you'll ideally have a bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or similar field with 3 years of HRIS experience. You'll bring to the table a strong understanding of HRMS design, structure, functionality, and business processes. You'll thrive in an environment where you get to utilize your critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills.

Annual base salary gross: 20,786 – 38,514 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
