Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

As a Supervisor, AML Compliance you will be responsible for analyzing trends and developing recommendations for business policies as well as managing a number of staff positions, forecasting staffing needs to ensure the timely completion of work. You will support management on ongoing projects, assignments and requests. Review policies and procedures to ensure consistency and transparency of processes. You will be developing and motivating staff to achieve departmental objectives as well as working cross-functionally with Global teams across the organization.

For this role, we require you to have a University degree or equivalent and experience in Anti-Money Laundering Compliance from either a financial service or payments background. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to carry out assignments with minimal guidance, are expected. You will need to have a strong ability to manage projects, supervise and mentor employees. You will have an understanding of appropriate Money Services Business regulatory requirements, the Bank Secrecy Act and their effect on our business. You will demonstrate good planning, organizing, influencing, and team-building skills as well as the ability to balance pressure and deadlines with constantly changing priorities. You will be comfortable with analyzing data and providing in-depth reports as well as using advanced MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access knowledge.

Annual base salary gross: 25,056.00 – 48,887.00 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
