As a proactive, ambitious, and creative Recruiter (maternity cover), you will be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team reporting directly into supervisor. In this role, you'll be supporting all permanent hiring for our business up to manager level and some regional hiring as required. You'll be making a vital contribution to the future success of Western Union by ensuring we are continuously attracting the best talent around.

For this role, you'll need experience in the recruitment industry, ideally in a multinational corporation, with local market knowledge in financial services. You will have significant experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to work autonomously and use your initiative through a remote reporting structure. The ability to introduce new sourcing methods to achieve results is critical, as is a delivery-focused attitude towards defined recruiting and talent acquisition KPIs.

The annual gross base salary range is 20,786 – 38,514 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
