MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Profitable sales development and ownership of forecast figures;
- Covering Alfa Laval’s full product range like heat exchangers, high-speed separators, decanter centrifuges, pumps to Food Industries;
- Continuously focusing on relations of the existing customers and looking for new opportunities;
- Gathering competitor intelligence and taking appropriate market actions in consultation with Regional Manager;
- Continuous market mapping in order to use every essential market opportunity;
- Key Accounts management;
- Digital Sales development;
- Industrial projects management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Food Processing or other technical backgrounds);
- Commercial and financial acumen;
- The experience in a similar position (Experience in Food Processing industry would be an advantage);
- Excellent MS office skills;
- Knowledge in Data and Business management systems;
- Fluent English and Lithuanian languages;
- A driver’s license (B category);
- Flexibility to travel within the country (3/4 days per week as a minimum);
- Goal-orientation, patience, and persistence;
- Proactivity, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
