Covering the full breadth of data: from traditional Business Intelligence solutions and Smart Data Platforms (SDP) to the more advanced Analytics solutions with Ai and Data Science. Within the Data & Analytics team there are 2 MVPs, Dave Ruijter and Marc Lelijveld.

The ‘System engineer’ is technical consultant/engineer with a focus on Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions. As a system engineer you will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, testing and managing cloud platforms such as Azure, Sitecore and Barracuda. In doing so, you guide your colleagues in their development. You work together with sales in a presales role. Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Provide cloud operational support
• Designing environments
• Installing and configuring
• Optimising and managing environments
• Provide feedback to application/service development teams on product enhancements to aid in (cloud) operational efficiency of services
Besides implementing, optimising and securing environments, you also manage the Cloud environments of our existing customers and will provide 3rd-line support consisting of:
• Provide cloud operational support
• Resolve incidents and complete changes
Requirements:
• Background in IT infrastructure, Windows systems, databases, network, virtualization and other IT areas
• Technical understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS
• General consulting skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Fundamentals of ITIL
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
You should have a passion for technology, and you like to work on different projects with the latest technologies. If you are creative, open and flexible and you can operate as a team player. In addition, you are result-oriented, show initiative and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge and experience with the following is an advantage:
• Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Cloud Engineer or System Engineer.
• Experience with MSFT Stack and knowledge of Azure
• Preferably specialization in a certain domain (automation / identity & security / platform).

Knowledge and experience with the following hard skills/certification is an advantage
• MS500, AZ500, AZ104, AZ400
