We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Performing accounting of the company and properties under management;
Carrying out daily accounting tasks: debtor accounting (including invoicing, reminder preparation, penalty invoicing, outstanding debt reporting, etc.), recording of incoming invoices, bank information, payroll calculation, advance reports for employees and the like;
Tax returns (incl. personal income tax, social security, VAT, CIT, etc.);
Management reporting, including monthly/quarterly reporting to clients according to IFRS;
Assistance in setting up the income / expense budget, maintenance and reporting of budget execution and preparation of forecasts;
Execution of contract conditions with clients (tenants) and partners;
Fixed asset accounting;
Payment management and cash flow monitoring;
Working effectively in a team, building strong internal relationships with other departments and teams in the organization
Continually developing personal skills through training, experience and coaching.
Essential skills, attributes and abilities:
Higher education qualifications in accounting, economics or finance;
Not less than 3 years of successful experience in a senior accountant's position (experience in an international company and/or a company providing services would be an advantage);
Accuracy and precision in working with documents, excellent knowledge of Lithuanian tax-related legislation and an understanding of IFRS;
Skills in international accounting and business management systems would be considered an advantage;
Excellent organization and time management skills;
Good English language skills (written and oral);
Analytical thinking, integrity and initiative;
Thoroughness, responsibility, independence and loyalty.
