MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IT systems administration:
- Operation assurance, status monitoring, and change management;
- Problem diagnostics, troubleshooting, and infrastructure component updating;
- Infrastructure and process documentation;
- Implementation and coordination of new freight booking IT systems;
- Monitoring and reporting project implementation;
- Creating integrations between the company's business systems;
- Keeping project stakeholders well informed of development;
- Integration of cargo booking system messaging.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational degree: Bachelor’s degree IT, system administration or comparable qualification in the IT field;
- Work experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the aviation field and knowledge of air freight management systems are preferred;
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 services;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Service orientation and proactivity;
- Motivation and pleasure in familiarising yourself with new processes and software;
- Analytical skills, as well as structured work even in stressful conditions;
- Ability to travel for business trips.
