Job description
• Brand development and sales promotion strategy creation and implementation (in Lithuania and other EU countries);
• Search and analysis of new sales opportunities in EU markets;
• Formation of a pricing policy and consistent price market analysis (in Lithuania and EU countries)
• Building a network of successful relationships with the most important customers, development of partnership-based relationships;
• Analysis of sales indicators, competitive environment and development forecasts;
• Leading a Sales team: motivation, strengthening, education, work organization, development of sales plans and implementation control.
As an ideal candidate You will have:
• A university degree in business management, business development, international business management, or similar;
• At least 3 years of successful work experience as Sales Manager (experience in sales of medical goods or services would be considered an advantage);
• Focus on quality and result;
• Strong strategic thinking, knowledge of business environment and business development;
• Ability to represent the company, excellent communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills;
• Know the aspects of international communication;
• Wish to travel (up to 50% of working time);
• Excellent English language skills (Russian or other EU language would be considered an advantage).
• Strong leadership qualities, able to bring together, influence and motivate a team.
