Job description:

• Analysis of business development opportunities, competitive market and all nuances of legal regulation in EU countries;
• Opening of independent offices in the EU countries (registration of legal status, settlement of tax-related questions, organization of daily office activities, etc.)
• Creation of an image of attractive business partner, employer branding;
• Attracting, selection, induction, motivation and development of administration and support staff team;
• Ensuring smooth work of the office, implementation of the necessary office management processes and transfer the organization of office activities to the permanent country head.

As an ideal candidate You will:

• Have a university degree in in management, finance, law;
• Have at least 3 years of successful experience in business and sales development and sales in foreign markets;
• Have excellent English language skills (Russian or other EU language would be considered an advantage);
• Have excellent project management and analytical skills;
• Are able to represent the company, excellent communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills;
• Know the aspects of international communication;
• Wish to travel (up to 50% of working time);
• Are interested in innovations, actively participate in company's business process;
• Are positive and able to work both independently and within a team.
