Talent Acquisition Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire new professionals, developing and growing our business, looking for new opportunities to expand;
• Implement recruitment products and strategies to enhance our business globally and assess the market potential;
• Embrace the most effective recruitment methods and develop the recruitment business strategy and build excellent relationships;
• Manage and control the full recruitment process;
• Support the organization in other fields of recruitment and internal/external communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous recruitment experience in a similar international role;
• Knowledge and previous experience of the digital media/aviation sectors is beneficial but not essential;
• Strong analytical abilities and result focus;
• Excellent Lithuanian, English skills (both written and spoken), presentation skills, creativity;
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment, marketing techniques and best practices;
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines;
• Computer and modern business literacy.
