AIRLINE RELATIONS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ​Own and execute strategic sourcing and vendor selection;
• Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies with Airlines as well as negotiate to secure advantageous terms;
• Initiate business and manage organization partnerships;
• Develop and maintain a customer database;
• Ensuring vendors are of a sufficient quality and are cost-efficient;
• Perform routine follow-up and effective resolution tactics to settle fulfillment issues and invoice variances;
• Prepare commercial offers based on multiple criteria;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to make purchasing decisions
• Monitor the market to stay on top of new market players;
• Promote the company's culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• 2-3 years experience in procurement (aviation related procurement experience preferred);
• Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of Sales process;
• Experience in managing B2B relationships;
• Proficiency in using customer stated needs and feedback to help design customized solutions;
• Experience in working in fast placed environment and under pressure;
• Polished communication skills, influencing, negotiating, leadership, and relationship-building skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
• Higher education in business management, sales or relevant field;
• Proficiency working with MS Office package and CRM software.
