We are looking for a data analyst to join our Debt Management Lithuania Team in Vilnius. You will be involved in various projects and analytical tasks within the Debt Management area.
A key element to your success is your ability to communicate insights based on our large data sets. There are high demands for understanding data from different sources and transform the data into information for further decisions, including portfolio monitoring and managing.
You will be located in Vilnius with two teammates and other colleagues within the Debt Management area. You will work as an integrated part of the team in Vilnius.
Skills
- Educational background (preferably in business administration, accounting, economics, mathematics, or similar)
- Proven track record in combining business knowledge and analytical skills when solving real-world problems
- Working knowledge of data and analytics tools (SQL, SAS, Access, Tableau, or similar)
- You are self-driven, ambitious, and have analytical thinking and a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Helpful and willing to work in a team
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
Mission
- Produce analysis, interactive dashboards, presentations, and reports for different management levels
- Development and optimization of debt management support tools to ensure efficient collection processes
- Work closely with your colleagues, leveraging on their skills and knowledge as well as sharing your own
- Strong collaboration with your colleagues
- High focus on the efficient data collection process, data design, and reporting
