Flight Planning Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Flight feasibility evaluations, payload/flight time/fuel calculations for commercial department;
• Development of guidance material for various KlasJet departments. Conducting training when necessary;
• Maintenance of navigational data, company routes and aircraft data in flight planning software PPS;
• Worldwide overfly or landing permit arrangements and management;
• Ensure all operations related requests are processed or delegated at the earliest possibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years’ experience as Airline operations control officer/flight dispatcher;
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and requirements applicable to flight planning functions;
• General knowledge of Aircraft performance, mass and balance, and crew duty time limitations;
• Experience in overflight permits and airports slots applications and management would be considered as an advantage;
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations and requirements applicable to OCC functions would be considered an advantage;
• Previous experience with mass and balance and aircraft load control planning, completed load planning and dangerous goods training;
• Previous experience with PPS flight planning software data maintenance;
• Attention to detail, ability to work with a large scope of data and prioritize;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
