We are searching for self-driven, innovative purchasing manager, who will take in his/her hands all administrative purchases of the group. Job description:

• Conduct a critical analysis of the existing purchasing process, redesign and implement optimum process for administrative purchases;
• Manage stakeholders within the group to centralize administrative purchases;
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness;
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation;
• Investigate price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power;
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers;
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics or business administration;
• At least 5 years of proven experience working as an Purchasing Manager or Officer;
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management;
• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense;
• A knack for negotiation and networking;
• Working experience of vendor management software would be an advantage;
• Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures;
• Solid judgement along with decision making skills;
• Experience in managing team and project groups.

Starting salary for this position is from 3000 eur (brutto) , the final offer will be based on candidate's experience
