Studio Manager, Editor and Videographer

We are recruiting for a Videographer to work with our creative team, planning, filming and editing video content.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate and manage an in-house studio and shoot content, including interviews, educational videos, and podcasts. This also extends to assisting clients to capture content.
• Film and edit content in the studio or on location, according to requirements and storylines
• Make run-and-gun content in various locations relevant to the aviation sector, including interviews together with journalists and covering news footage alongside creative content.
• Stream content to various platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and the website.
• Television news production, weekly schedules and programme development.
• Client liaison and working across Group companies.
• Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate must have comprehensive experience undertaking the above-mentioned work as well as meet the following requirements:
• Ability to operate portable studio equipment, including camera, lights and audio equipment both in-house and at a variety of locations. Training will be available if required.
• Stream content to various platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and the website.
• You must be able to work creatively to produce the desired product and stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable.
• Significant on-set knowledge, together with strong editing skills and experience directing video content. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the entire project, so understanding requirements and being able to see the whole picture is essential.
• Guiding talent according to it will be part of your shooting routine.
• Travel to and from locations, shoot required content, edit and prepare for distribution.
• You must possess excellent people skills, as you will be working closely with both our team and our clients, assisting them with the creation of content in our studio.
• Demonstrated excellent knowledge and skills of video production.
• A strong understanding of the many social platforms operated across and the content produced for each of these.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and they must be fluent in English.
• Familiar with graphic design work.
• Animation creation skills (beneficial).
• Drone and driving licenses are a (beneficial).
