Job information

• Execution of daily procedures related to the issuance and maintenance of payment cards.
• Handling of Chargebacks / Disputed transactions.
• Investigation and analysis of cases of unauthorized write-off of funds and suspicions of fraudulent actions against clients.
• Ensure full visibility and control of the card transaction processing and the measurements of Company partners performance.
• Communicate plans and the state of card processing to senior management.
• Contribute to improvements across the operations department, creating efficiencies and reducing risk.
• Deal promptly and effectively with cards queries and issues, escalating where necessary.
• Developing regular accurate management information for all cards related processes.
• Undertaking additional duties as reasonably requested by your manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, or other related discipline.
• Proficiency in Russian, Latvian and English.
• Knowledges of the principles of operation of the Mastercard / Visa payment schemes.
• Broader Transaction Banking knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-minded, good analytical and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and in the team.
• Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
