• ensure that HR everyday operations run smoothly (recruitment, onboarding, etc)
• be an active listener and handler of various employee relations issues
• take part in ensuring effective internal communication, conduct employee surveys
• implement Employer branding & social media initiatives
• maintain partnerships with Universities and Student Associations
• contribute to L&D projects that help our people grow
• take an active part in implementing other HR missions (Com&Ben, performance management, etc)

• 2+ years of HR role experience within the organisation
• proven track record of successful Talent Acquisition experience
• excellent interpersonal skills & sincere interest in working with people
• excellent organizational skills, can prioritise workload effectively
• positive and solution oriented mindset

• experience in manufacturing organization
• know-how in any other HR process or function
• experience in development & conduction of training
