Better requires process discipline and simplification
We'll be looking to you to drive successful human resources strategies that will transform the Western Union customer and employee experience globally. The role includes ensuring essential policies and procedures are followed, resolving issues that arise, and monitoring team activities to ensure function objectives and initiatives are supported, communicated and implemented. You will serve as an advisor to business teams to determine the best approaches to organizational development and change, succession planning, recruitment, talent development and retention, as well as contribute to other strategic HR initiatives. Some of your duties will also include performance reviews, disciplinary actions, global projects etc.
As a successful candidate you will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar, and 6-8 years of proven working experience in HR (experience as HRBP would be an advantage). Previous experience of working in a multicultural environment and matrixed organization would be an advantage. You'll need proven track record of being able to work solo and as team player in order to achieve the desired results. The working knowledge and experience of HRIS system is required (Workday would be an advantage). Ideally, you will have strong business acumen skills and the ability to partner with business being able tell a story using qualitative and quantitative data. You will also be able to exercise strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization.

The annual gross base salary range is 35,000 – 45,000 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
