Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

As an HR Employee Relations, Senior Advisor, you will Partner with human resources and the Ethics team to create and sustain a positive interaction model, Plan and conduct internal workplace investigations within the assigned region. You'll be expected to deliver recommendations that may include coaching, training and/or disciplinary action and Practice thorough documentation and investigation summary reports. Also, in partnership with the Employment Law Group, you will provide guidance on local laws, practices and policies, including interpretation of HR policies.

For this role, you will ideally have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-6 years of experience in human resources with an emphasis in employee relations. You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, communicate effectively, and provide strong writing and reporting skills.

The annual gross base salary range is 23,807 – 43,533 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
