We are now looking for
Digital Sales Executives
to join our pan-European team in the KONE Digital Sales Centre in the number one Business Park of TALLINN, ESTONIA.
In the KONE Digital Sales Centre, our purpose is to create demand and showcase new ways of digital selling at KONE. We manage the small customer market more efficiently with focus on upselling. We call ourselves the “Hunter Tribe” and our sales team’s characteristics are resilience, drive, passion about sales and motivation towards long-term success. Main responsibilities
In this role, you will sell new digital services KONE 24/7 Connected Services to our existing customers and work in tight co-operation with our country sales teams. To get started and be successful you will get extensive training on KONE products and solutions and their benefits for different customer segments, insights on understanding different customer needs and KONE customer management models, sell process, S-plan, Salesforce, tendering and ordering tools as well as knowledge relevant to your sales area.
Once you will get up and running, your daily tasks include
• mastering customer contacts
• digital presentations and negotiations
• closing deals
• being involved in tendering processes
• working on basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms
• 2 hours of self-development/self-study time every week

Requirements for the role
You might be just the right fit to the role if you have already gained some experience in sales and are finished (at least mostly) with your studies. You have a commercial mindset and ability to learn new digital solutions. You are excited about sales and developing your skills. It’s a big advantage if you also have
• experience from working in a call center or another high velocity sales team
• customer service experience
• interest or experience from data driven sales.
As you will be working with customers as well as colleagues from a certain target country, we do require you to be fluent in English as well as one of the following languages: French, Italian or German.
