Join us as an Associate Financial Analyst in our Vilnius office and supply effective and accurate financial and regional analysis of business processes. Amid a wide range of responsibilities, you'll be reporting on key performance indicators across the region and finding opportunities for improvement. You'll coordinate the End-to-End pricing process, daily communication and collaboration with Business, Finance and Marketing management. You will also create and distribute various pricing related templates, presentations and analysis by request and need, propose process improvements and help implement them.
This is a detailed and dynamic role, and you'll need relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or mathematics. It's essential you have advanced Microsoft Excel skills. You'll need to be an effective analyst, with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A confident communicator, you'll have high standards and a strong work ethic. You will be required to complete background and reference checks as part of our recruitment process.

The annual gross base salary range is 15,510 – 23,593 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
