Better starts and ends with the customer

You'll lead the Accreditation team in ensuring the smooth onboarding of customers and effective adherence of local and global policies concerning Anti-Money Laundering and financial crime policies. You'll manage the performance of your team, provide and monitor training, support and foster a positive and high-performing culture within your team. You'll provide reports on key performance indicators and support in-project work as well as the launching of new products and requirements, whilst driving a culture of quality and best lean practices.

We need you to have 1-2 years of management experience in operations or business customer support roles. It is essential that you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, which will also give you the strong decision-making, time management and problem-solving skills we are seeking. You'll need to be an effective communicator who can deliver difficult messages successfully. You will need to be attentive to details and a team leader who is passionate about developing, coaching, and training a team to allow them to develop their skills and abilities in a fast phased environment. You will be capable to work and prioritize effectively under stress or in difficult situations. Fluency in English – both verbal and business writing skills are expected. A strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently as well as knowledge of KYC & AML issues, policy and procedures would make you stand out.

However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. The annual gross base salary range is 17,765 – 26,459 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
