About the job
As an Agile Product Owner, your main responsibility will be to translate the Internet Bank channel vision into the roadmap for the agile cross functional team. You will set and deliver the channel OKRs with help from the other teams!

What is needed in this role:

• Track record of product ownership & backlog management
• Good knowledge of Agile way of working
• Ability to set OKRs or KPIs and follow them together with the team;
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization
• Overseeing team’s development & evaluating product progress
• Cooperating with other Product owners
• Strategic thinking and innovative mind-set
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Customer - centric mindset
• Very good communication skills and social competence (listen, ask questions, build trust)
