Role description
Luminor’s Loan Processing Unit is looking for a new team member in Loan Processing Unit, Loan Transactions Team.
Loan Processing Unit is a part of the Operations Department. We are responsible for processing credit operations in timely manner and in highest quality. We reach out to create a positive experience for the customers each time we have a chance. At the same time, we develop our processes and tools in order to satisfy the needs of existing and future customers.

Responsibilities
- Handle and process Loan product according to guidelines in a timely and efficient way;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by giving customers professional high-quality service in all service deliveries;
- Independently solve typical cases and daily issues of low to mid complexity;
- Contribute to improvement of work processes by proposing changes and suggesting ideas;
- Solve and reply to internal and external questions according bank rules;
- Execute tasks such as post-sales, reporting to 3rd parties according to defined process description and agreed SLA.
Skills and experience
- University, College degree in business, finance, mathematics or banking;
- High responsibility, preciseness and accuracy;
- Good communication and self-expression skills;
- Strong customer focus, teamwork and collaboration skills;
- Positive attitude and result orientation;
- Proactive work approach and fast learning ability;
- Excellent Lithuanian and very good English speaking and writing skills;
- Interest in Loan area (knowledge in this area will be considered as advantage).
