MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement CVRM brand strategy within assigned Business Unit through cross-functional teamwork;
- Keep track of the development of the health political environment – both regional and national level;
- Contribute to Local Implementation Teams with tactical/operational plans across regions;
- Lead and develop the sales team across the region, coaching on sales skills and business acumen;
- Coordinate market activities across Lithuania connected to assigned CVRM brands;
- Implement brand strategies according to the account plan in the region;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience in Pharma marketing, medical, market access, and/or sales experience;
- Outstanding leadership skills and experience;
- Experience in multicultural business environment and/or market access work would be an advantage;
- Extensive knowledge in market ethical rules;
- Fluent Lithuanian and English languages (both spoken and written);
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent, e.g. in Marketing;
