MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement company equipment sales strategy to achieve sales and profit targets;
  • Promote and support cross-selling (maintenance contracts, inspections, on call services);
  • Prepare and implement action plans for effective search of sales leads and develop market share;
  • Identify, research and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships to generate future industrial crane sales business;
  • Keep our CRM system and sales funnel up to date and follow up offers/quotations;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years‘ experience in Technical Sales or Projects role;
  • Substantial experience in the business development arena of B2B sales of capital and contractual goods and services;
  • A Degree in a relevant Technical subject or market knowledge gained from experience in design or manufacturing;
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian languages (both spoken and written);
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Capability of working independently;
  • Category B driving license and willingness to drive;
