Tasks:
A Talent Acquisition Specialist would be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company.
- Drive full recruitment life cycle (job postings, screening call, interviews etc.);
- Scope and execute the full process of recruitment with support of Hiring Managers;
- Ensure high quality hiring manager and candidate experience;
- Provide expert input on Onboarding/Offboarding and take full ownership of the processes;
- Oversee the legal compliance with Lithuanian labour law.
Requirements:
- Have minimum 2 years' experience of recruitment;
- Have good communication skills;
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Have good negotiating skills;
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English languages.

Our offer: Salary ranges for this position are from 1600 – 2300 Eur brutto (i.e. before taxes). We are honest and transparent so you can be sure that precise salary offered for you will be based on our predefined salary ranges and your qualifications, competencies and professional experiences which will fit this specific job position.
