DANISH SPEAKING FINANCE CONSULTANT

Cognizant is one of the fastest growing outsourcing companies in the world with massive plans for Europe in coming years. We are looking for specialists, who would like to work with our client – one of the largest P&C Insurance Company in the world.

Your main tasks:

• Collaboration and communication with the external client to ensure high level of process quality related to the client’s services and production
• Review of statements of accounts from brokers/third parties
• Allocation of received cash
• Investigation of mismatches in received information
• Raising payments
• Managing correspondence and documentation
• Participation in different projects contributing for process improvement
• Participation in learning sessions and training new joiners about work types and processes
• Preparation of reports and analysis

Requirements:

• To be good in spoken and written Danish (B2/C1) and English languages
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• Customer focus and positive attitude
• Working experience with MS Excel would be an advantage
• Experience in Finance/Insurance field and/or related studies would be an advantage
