Software Engineer (Backend, C#) - MaaS Deployments

Trafi MaaS Suite helps cities connect mobility consumption into a single citizen-centric solution.

It is founded on our experience in developing our own B2C service with deep mobility provider integrations. By empowering cities to connect all urban mobility consumption into a single multimodal city mobility app, we help their residents access every kind of public and shared mobility and discover new ways to travel - all in one place.

One of the goals of the mobility platform architecture is to be able to reliably and quickly deploy new solutions, flexibly accommodating the requirements of the clients while maintaining the vision of the product.

That is why we are seeking for a Software Engineer (Backend, C#) to improve the operational processes of the platform architecture and contribute to new project launches. The engineer would be involved during the full project life cycle - designing and, together with the product teams, negotiating the solution, expanding core services to suit the client's needs, building, deploying, monitoring and supporting the platform.

• Write high-quality C# code on the latest .NET Core stack
• Run .NET on Linux in container cluster (docker)
• Use Infrastructure as Code to manage cloud infrastructure (terraform.io)
• Design distributed (micro)service architecture (currently single deployment consists of 20-30 services)
• Work extensively with Amazon Web Services infrastructure (we use 30+ AWS services)
• Instrument and monitor code, including Distributed Tracing (opentracing.io)

We expect you to be fluent in English and have 3+ years of experience working with APIs, C# and AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
