We are looking for
We are looking for a person with experience or interest in working as first-line support and/or PowerBI. The eagerness to troubleshoot and devotion to resolving cases, keep clients happy, and have good communication skills are the key qualities. Since the support tasks will be of a technical nature, the candidate needs a good technical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
Requirements
- Service Desk, Call or Service Center experience
- Basic IT and Networking knowledge
- Strong motivation to work in IT Service Desk role
- Proficient written/spoken English is a must.
- Experience of PowerBI
- If candidates qualify for one of the two competencies, we will train for the other.
Beneficial
- Basic knowledge of SQL and DAX
- Willingness to learn programming and software quality assurance skills
- Acquired or willingness to learn programming skills

Rystad Energy is a leading intelligence provider to the energy industry, providing management consulting, analytics, and industry databases. The technology team plays a key role in developing our products and supporting the organization. To serve our growing internal and external user base, we have established a dedicated first line IT Support team at our office in Vilnius. We now want to extend this team and widen its scope also to support PowerBI users. Our analysts produce a large number of PowerBI dashboards for our clients but need help to optimize these.
