We'll look to you to be part of a team that revamps our current loyalty program into a cutting-edge consumer retention tool. You will be the bridge between business and product in defined global regions – a support champion that will assure Loyalty program smooth functioning as well as supervise agreed activations.

You will oversee day-to-day operations and work with various stakeholders to run projects and campaigns, identify opportunities & gaps, define and solve problems in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Together with other team members and your manager, you will be responsible for increasing customer enrolment into the loyalty program, growing engagement and retention through omnichannel marketing strategies. Other responsibilities will include initiating projects, defining objectives, appropriate KPIs, involving relevant team members, tracking program performance and overall health of the loyalty program and individual campaigns.

You will help to connect the technical and business worlds as you design services that our users will love. Partnering with Product and Platform teams and ensuring the Loyalty program receives the necessary engineering and IT support for platform maintenance & new feature development will be part of your responsibilities. You will also work with Data&Analytics and Consumer Research teams to draw insights and propose actions from available data and consumer behavior tracking tools. You will organize and run new features tests and liaise with the Customer Care team to understand consumer sentiments.

You are guided by a consumer-centric approach, with a can-do attitude – you quickly spot and look for solutions in order to create a smooth end-to-end customer experience (both internal and external). It is essential that you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline, 2+ years of loyalty program management or equivalent experience including 5+ years of experience running marketing content development projects, analyzing and applying findings from consumer data, proficient with tools like JIRA, Wrike, MS Project, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and great written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English – both verbal and business writing skills are expected. A strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently as well as previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies are also desirable.

The annual gross base salary range is 32,744 – 53,911 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
