As Customer Care Employee, you are responsible for the following:

- Activation of toll contracts and On Board Units (OBU's) and fuel cards;
- Process mutations of OBU's and fuel cards;
- Shipping and monitoring OBU's and cards;
- Support the Sales Team;
- First point of contact for our customers;
- Promote sales of our services

You will communicate on a daily basis with our customers and channel partners, and of course internally with the colleagues from the other departments.

Requirements:

- Customer oriented;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Accurate and analytical;
- Pragmatic and solution oriented;
- Good computer skills, MS-Office, CRM systems and reporting tools;
- Additional European languages are considered a plus.
