We are looking for an in-house Web Developer - an expert in all aspects of WordPress website creation, including programming, plug-ins, and other. Skilled in creating engaging and interactive websites. Our web developer will play an important role in digital marketing team and will be responsible for the development and support of all company's websites, including baatraining.com, baatraining.vn, baaflightschool and others. • Website and software development, update and support.
• Wireframe for web pages and email templates.
• Provide required development services to the marketing team on website (desctop, mobile, other).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage IT and other requirements for website and digital marketing services.
• Collaborate with web designers to improve website usability and performance.
• Collaborate with content providers to implement up-to date information changes.
• Actively review website performance – offer solutions for improvement to the marketing team.
• Test and optimize websites, code, and assets for maximum speed and scalability over multiple devices and browsers.
• Keep up-to date with the latest WordPress software updates and changes.

We dream about a team member who:

• Proven 2 years of working experience in full-stack (front-end and back-end) web development with WordPress software.
• Proficiency in the main programming and mark-up languages of web design such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Experience in database management: SQL, MySQL.
• Experience in theme and plugin installation, and/or plugin development.
• Experience in managing interactive elements of websites to create a fulfilling user experience based upon client guidelines.
• Experience in SEO.
• Experience working with page builders: Elementor, Divi, Beaver.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and known solutions.
• Understanding of web design: UX, UI, site architecture.
• Uses the English at an effective operational independent level.
