We have offices in United Arab Emirates and Vilnius. Our team consists of legal and tax professionals who mainly gained experience in big 4 companies, tier 1 legal firms and corporate service providers and now are focused on new and growing legal, tax and advisory area.

Job description

- Legal research and analysis;
- Legal advisory services to clients with guidance and supervision of senior colleagues;
- Implementation of projects, like establishment of the companies, preparation of various corporate documents and agreements;
- Daily legal management of Clients’ corporate entities.

Requirements

Ideal candidate should have:

- Excellent communication skills, be initiative and creative;
- Legal background;
- Be fluent in English.
