QA Engineer (Mid)

- Perform test planning, estimation, preparation, and execution for application enhancements
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and manage defects during their lifecycle
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Ensure and improve the quality of deliverables by using software QA methodologies and processes inside the Project team
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve quality assurance for new and existing functionalities
- Collaborate with developers, engineering, and other teams
- Coordinating testing efforts within the Project team

- Several years of experience in software testing
- Knowledge of and experience with QA methodologies
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and quality processes
- Analytical mind and good attention to details
- Ability to work as part of a development team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills both in Lithuanian and English
- Decision-making, organizational, and time management skills
