Key Account / Sales Manager Baltics

An international pharmaceutical company is expanding their team and looking for a team member to a newly established position of Key Account / Sales Manager Baltics to deal with Wholesale partners and pharmacy chains with geographical responsibility for Baltic countries and responsibility for the whole product portfolio of the company (mainly Rx, plus OTC and Food supplements).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop solid and trusting relationship with major key clients (wholesalers and pharmacy chains) in the Baltics
• Negotiate contracts with the clients and establish a timeline of performance
• Promotional campaigns planning in pharmacy chains
• Manage orders and stock levels in consignment stocks
• Resolve key clients’ issues and complaints
• Manage communication between key clients and internal teams
• Prepare monthly sales target and agree with the clients
• Set clear objectives for suppliers in order to reach business target
• Raise working relations with key clients’ management to a new level.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a similar role dealing with wholesale or retail in a pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in negotiations of Rx products (prescription medicines) is a strong advantage
  • Working experience on Baltic level and knowledge of Baltic countries specifics is a strong advantage
  • University degree in Economics, Business, Life Science or similar discipline
    Fluent Lithuanian, fluent spoken and written English language skills
  • Strong IT skills, excellent Excel skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Very strong numerical abilities and experience
  • Self-motivated, achievement oriented
  • Excellent planning & organizing skills, ability to prioritise tasks and work on multitasking basis.
