MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate product technical capabilities into consumer benefits is crucial.
• Maintain excellent relations with existing partners in B2B area (LG Signage and Hospitality Solutions).
• Proactively approach distributors, integrators and end-customers to build an ongoing customer relationship and develop new channels.
• Work on business development and presales with LG Signage and Hospitality Solutions, engage new enterprise customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Work with Team leader in Latvia to ensure that company and individual revenue and profit targets are met.
• Perform analysis of market data, competition activities, gather information on market trends.
• Keep an overview of sell–in and sell–out data in channels to ensure high level of forecast accuracy.
• Upload up-to-date and relevant project information into company database.
• Represent company at exhibitions, events and roadshows.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic colleague with:
• At least 2~3 years of sales experience in B2B area and relevant education.
• Audio Visual industry background and/or IT solutions sales background is an advantage.
• New channel development and project management experience.
• Keen interest in technology and the industry.
• Great argumentation, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English spoken and written.
