OUR CLIENT - Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently, we have over 500 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.
GBS Operations is a part of Intrum GBS that takes the key role in delivering debt collection services to our clients in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Apart from the responsibilities of daily tasks, we continuously work with process improvements and quality management to create extra value for the organization, clients, and customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
- Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
- Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
- Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
- Identifying areas or processes for improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Experience with MS Office package;
- Work experience in a back office (would be an advantage);
- Quick learner and good problem solver;
- Attention to details.
