MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role includes requirement/system analysis of enterprise-level e-government solutions mainly in foreign countries.

Communicate with clients to understand their business needs
Analyze & systemize requirement specifications
Coordinate and conduct the entire analysis process
Scope & change management
Prepare and prioritize backlog for the team

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Understanding of software & systems development
Previous experience in IT System Analysis (or similar role) at least 3 years
Strong analytical, critical thinking & planning skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Mathematics, or Engineering)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian
System Analyst certification (advantage)
Ability to work with data modelling and data visualization tools (advantage)
Requirement modelling skills (e.g. UML, BPMN, etc.)
Ability to prioritize your work according to tight deadlines

Mėnesinis bruto atlyginimasBruto/mėn. € 2400 - 3150

Papildoma informacija: A salary based on your competencies and experience. Location: Vilnius/Kaunas, but remote work is also possible.
