- Support customers via calls, e-mails and chats
- Closely work together with Team Leader to find solutions for customers
- Accuracy in data entry
Requirements
- Fluent Lithuanian language
- Good English skills
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage
- Positive attitude and excellent soft skills
- Russian is considered as an advantage
