We are looking for an additional team member for our IT squad where we are creating solutions such as e-invoicing, production traceability, integrations with EDI, mobile devices, transport systems, employing modern technical standards to drive efficiency, transparency & consistency for manufacturing, ordering, sales processes with goal improved time to market (TTM)

• Design and develop business systems which are at the heart of Volfas Engelman, innovative and modern brand;
• Seek continuous learning and improvement for yourself and your team, mentor and develop colleagues and team capabilities;
• Leverage technical freedom, make and own decisions to encourage innovation and reliable deliveries;
• Work with Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL, a little bit of Java, Infor ERP configuration, Jira, and growing collaboration systems;
• Closely collaborate with business users and different teams inside the brewery;
• Challenge the way we do things, bring in ideas, and implement them;
• Be agile and spread this mindset among the team and in daily work.

• Experience in design, development of enterprise systems;
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility to guide deliveries in a structured manner;
• Experience in establishing and improving engineering practices;
• Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL;
• Experience with modern ERP system;
• Knowledge of integration patterns and their implications;
• Good communication skills.
